My World, Captured

Pitt Program Council is excited to welcome artist Kathleen Prosperi-McClard and her, “My World, Captured” exhibit to the Conney M. Kimbo Art Gallery in the William Pitt Union. Come see your world, as it appears through the eyes of another.

About the artist:
Making photographs is one of my biggest joys in life. I feel that it is my job and responsbility to document what others may miss along the way. I aim to capture authentic moments in time.

I learned my passion for photography from my dad, Anthony, who discovered a love for manual film photography later in life. I am honored to carry out his love for the art and humbled with the opportunity to carry on his legacy.
I graduated from Alegheny College in 2011 with a B.A. in Communication Arts and a minor in Psychology. I am completely self-taught in the art of photography.

I live in Kane, PA with my husband, Matthew, and our two fur babies: Gonzo and Camilla. When we’re not travelling the world, you will find me at The Gallery on Field, the hub of my print and portrait photography business.
