Looking for some Halloween-themed treats and decor to celebrate the season?! Join Pitt Program Council for a night of apple and pumpkin decorating at our “Autumn Decorating After Dark!” event on Monday, October 25th, at 8:30 PM in the William Pitt Union Assembly Room!
65 students can sign-up for the event starting on Monday, October 11th through Friday, October 22nd in the Pitt Program Council Office, M-30 in the William Pitt Union. At sign up, students will need to provide a $5 deposit that will be refunded after the student attends the event. This refundable deposit is payable in cash only.
Participating students will be provided with a pumpkin, a red caramel-dipped apple, and necessary pumpkin painting and apple decorating supplies. If students wish to paint a pumpkin that they picked from Pitt Program Council’s pumpkin picking event on October 24th, they are welcome to bring their own pumpkin to this event.
Gloves will be provided and required for pumpkin painting and apple decorating. There will be a designated peanut-free table for those with allergies or sensitivities, and there will be a full list of the food/decorating items provided at sign-ups. Masks will be required unless you are actively eating.
All Pitt Program Council events are open to all undergraduate Pitt students with a valid (Oakland) Student ID. Students with disabilities are encouraged to contact the Pitt Program Council at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 412-648-7900 for proper accommodations.
