Welcome back to live events and movie theatre premiers! Be one of the first to see Marvel Studios’ first theatrical release since Spider-Man: Far From Home back in July of 2019, and join the Pitt Program Council on a trip to Chartiers Valley Luxury Theatre in Bridgeville for the premiere of Black Widow!

This trip will be able to accommodate up to 95 students. Tickets include movie admission, a medium popcorn and small drink, as well as transportation to Chartiers Valley Luxury Theatre and back to the William Pitt Union. Students must arrive at the meeting point by 7:00 pm, or their spot could be given away. Buses will leave from University Place at 7:15 pm, and are expected to return around 11:15 pm. This is sold as a complete trip; students must ride the bus to Chartiers Valley Luxury Theatre and back to campus. Tickets can be purchased here!

As of right now, masks are required on the busses, regardless of vaccination status, and social distancing will be observed; masks are not required for vaccinated individuals whilst in the theatre, and the theatre is operating at full capacity. If any of these guidelines/restrictions change, students who have signed up for the trip will be notified via email as soon as the information becomes available.
A $5 refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot, due at the time of registration. All students that attend the event will receive their $5 deposit back to their original payment method within 5 business days. Sign-ups will open Thursday, June 24th, 2021 at noon and will close Monday, July 5th, 2021 at 5pm (all EST).
An email will be sent out to students attending the event 24-48 hours prior to the event with exact location details, any changing to social distancing/mask requirements, and any other additional information needed.
All Pitt Program Council events are open to all undergraduate University of Pittsburgh Oakland campus students with a valid Student ID. Students with disabilities are encouraged to contact the Pitt Program Council at ppc@pitt.edu for proper accommodations. Any questions regarding the event can be directed to the Executive Board Director, Quincey Johnston, at ppcebd@pitt.edu.
