Need a way to destress throughout this semester? Pitt Program Council’s got you covered! Come join us and Yoga Hive, a local Pittsburgh yoga studio, on January 27th at 8PM for a guided, beginner’s meditation class. This class will teach you the history of meditation, what meditation is, and how you meditate. This is a great opportunity to find a new way to destress yourself for the challenging semester ahead. Students who stay the entirety of the class will be entered into a raffle to win prizes such as Yoga Hive apparel, back-to-school supplies, or an echo dot!
