Looking for a way to destress during midterms? Join Pitt Program Council for a relaxing yoga session and guided meditation on Friday, October 21st, at 6:00 pm in the ballroom of the William Pitt Union. This is event is part of Mental Health Awareness Month. 50 students can sign-up for the event starting on Monday, October 3rd through Friday, October 14th at the Pitt Program Council Office, M-30, in the William Pitt Union. Tickets are FREE. Please come to the event 15 minutes early to the WPU ballroom. Students will be given a yoga mat that they will be able to keep after the event. They will participate in a 1 hour long yoga class, followed by a 30-minute mindfulness meditation. Students who attend will also be entered into a raffle to win prizes such as a happy lamp, gratitude journal, diffuser, and several Lululemon gift cards, All Pitt Program Council events are open to all undergraduate Pitt students with a valid (Oakland) Student ID.
