- Transportation to and from the game
- Ticket to the game
- 1 night at the Hilton Charlotte University Place (12/4-12/5)
We will be leaving Pitt at 7:30 AM SHARP, and check out the next day from Hilton Charlotte at approximately 10 AM. The game is December 4th at 8 PM.
Tickets go on sale starting TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 30TH in the Pitt Program Council Office, WPU M-30, at 7:00 AM (line starts in the WPU Ballroom). Sign ups are in-person only. This trip has limited spots but is open to all Pitt students and will be sold on a first-come first-served basis.
Trip cost is $90 per person quad occupancy, $137 per person triple occupancy, and $160 per person double occupancy. There will also be an additional $30 security deposit (this is refundable pending no hotel room, hotel common area, or bus damage). Payment is due IN FULL at the time of sign up (students can pay with cash, check, or credit card) and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SIGN-UPS: Everyone in the group/room must sign up at the same time, and due to COVID regulations, roommate assignments must be decided prior to signing up (we will not assign random roommates). There will be a packet students must fill out and present at the time of payment; students will need their Health Insurance card in order to complete the packet, and students must complete their own packet. For the best chance of securing a spot, please make sure your ENTIRE group is present when you come to purchase tickets and that everyone has their Pitt ID and Health Insurance card. You will be turned away and may lose your spot if any packet information is missing or you are unable to pay in full when signing up.
