Tune in at 3pm on April 8, 2020 for a virtual cooking class hosted by the Pitt Program Council and Crate Cooking School! The specially-curated menu highlights an entree (with a vegan/vegetarian alternative), a variety of dipping sauces, an appetizer, and dessert! Alternative ingredients will be suggested to accommodate various dietary restrictions, and students watching live will be able to ask questions in real-time!

INGREDIENTS LIST:
Recipe 1-
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders (or Zucchini)
½ cup sour cream or mayonnaise
2 cups potato chips, crushed
½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Recipe 2-
12 ounces broccoli florets
1 large egg
1 large egg white
½ cup finely chopped scallions
⅔ cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Olive oil

Recipe 3-
1 dry packet Ranch seasoning or 3 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning mix
2 cups Greek yogurt
½ cup of buttermilk

Recipe 4-
1 ½ cups flour
¾ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup old fashioned oats
½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
1 ¾ cup chopped candy bars (whatever you have on hand)
½ cup chopped pretzel sticks

Black beans
Corn (frozen or canned)
Canned diced tomatoes with green chiles
Red onion (optional)
Lime juice
Cumin
Cilantro
